Small drop in gold price in Pakistan, 211,000 per tola, will the market go up?
Gold prices in Pakistan fell marginally on Friday but remained higher due to rupee weakness. 211,000 per tola.
According to the data released by All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association (APGJA), the price of gold (24 carat) decreased by Rs.100. 211,300 per tola by Rs.50 while the price of 10 grams decreased by Rs. 42 to Rs.181,156.
The falling rupee market did not make much difference in the price of gold?
The price of gold increased by one hundred rupees. 1,250 per tola on Monday before registering a decline of Rs. There was a difference of Rs 750, and Rs 400 on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. On Monday, the price increased by Rs. 1,250 per tola overall, the price of gold has increased by Rs. 3000 per tola so far this week.
In global markets, spot gold was flat at $1,985.30 an ounce by 0950 GMT, while U.S. gold futures were down 0.1 percent at $1,996.20.
